Transfer Disconnected call to CSQ

hello

the issue is :

customer calls to contact center, the uccx script enqueued the call to the CSQ, the customer disconnects the call, the call is transferred to the agent, and ringing for 3-4 sec.in the Uccx engine logs I can see the disconnected event, but the call is routed to the agent.

i tested a call directly to ip phone, and when i have disconnected the call, the IP phone stop ringing and call is disappear.

uccx version 11.6.2

cucm version 11.5
