We have an issue when trying to establish a client application connection to UCCE. After sending out an OPEN_REQ, we are getting back a FAILURE_CONF with status '88': 'E_CTI_INVALID_MR_DOMAIN Media Routing Domain is invalid'.
Media Routing Domain seems to be somehow incorporated in the OPEN_REQ connection parameter 'ApplicationPathID': "The ID of an application path which contains configured MRD Peripheral combinations for this Unified CCE-configured application instance."
How can we find out the correct settings for ApplicationPathID or MRD on UCCE side? What kind of configuration is required on UCCE in order to allow a remote application to connect successfully?
I've got the same error. My CTI server id was not the same as Agent PG id. Make sure it is, for example if PG2A is an agent PG, SG must be 2 as well - SG2A. Hope it helps.
