Hi all,
When you troubleshoot Cisco Contact Center Enterprise, you definitely will deal with UCCE logs. In UCCE every component such as Router, Logger, PG, etc, has its internal software processes and they generate their own logs. In order to know which log to collect, you should understand what all these software processes are responsible for.
I prepared some posts, explaining the roles of the ICM processes. You can find this information here:
- ICM Router Processes - https://dbenda.blogspot.com/2022/07/icm-components-processes-call-router.html
- ICM Logger Processes - https://dbenda.blogspot.com/2022/07/uccepcce-icm-components-processes-logger.html
- ICM Peripheral Gateways - https://dbenda.blogspot.com/2022/07/uccepcce-icm-components-processes.html
- ICM Administration Server (AW) - https://dbenda.blogspot.com/2022/07/uccepcce-icm-components-processes_28.html
I hope that I will help you to understand the UCCE/PCCE systems deeper.
