UCCE reporting

                   HI,

    I am new to UCCE. Does it have any wallboard feature that will allow supervisors to see whos next in the call Queue.

If you are using CUIC in you environment

You can use something called Dashboards, they are just webpages that can display the reports.

Create a Dahshboard, Add the Report whatever you want to View, Create a Permalink and run that Link in the system you want to see.

You can check the procedure of creating Dashboards from the below Guide (chapter 3 Dashboards)
