UCCE - Router Queue Interval raw data

Does anyone know or has access to the create view script behind the Router_Queue_Interval view please?
We've recently moved to UCCE from UCCX and we want to create some dashboards that are not using the set interval data, so having a feed of the raw data to create our own flags and markers in would be great.
Does anyone know of an entity relationship diagram that can be shared?

Thanks!

What exactly are you looking for? Some of the stock CUIC reports use fields from that table for instance.

We've used some of the SQL from the stock CUIC reports to extract the interval aggregated data, what we're looking for now is a way to be able to take the raw data from the Termination_call_detail tables etc and to be able to calculate calls offered, answered, talk time queue time etc.
We're getting close with the numbers but can't match them exactly to the CUIC report, so it looks like there's some additional filters that we're not aware of and can't determine from the data or the supplied database schema.
Previously we were able to provide things like talk time in minute by minute buckets, even things like a daily average is now difficult with the aggregated data.
We're also having issues with things like abandonment rates, a call can come in at 09:59 so will be in the 09:45 interval, but abandon at 10:01. When calculating abandonment we look at abandoned / calls offered, but using the interval figures the call offered was in the previous interval, so an hourly abandonment would possibly be wrong. Previously we would have for example a CallID, then a flag for offered and a flag if it was abandoned, allowing us to easily calculate an abandonment rate.

I thought if i could see how the Router_Queue_Interval calculates fields then I might be able to recreate some of the measures.

You are definitely in for a difficult time trying to make them all reconcile.

Also keep in mind that Cisco doesn't want you to run queries against TCD, they want you to have it be a copy that is stored on some non UCCE device.

Thanks for the replies @bill.king1 we're not planning on querying against TCD directly but a table stored separately. This is where we want to apply some transformations on the data to contain flags to allow for easier reporting in our current dashboards.
