UCCX 1.6.2 Bubble chat setting User form fields to mandatory

Hi

We have deployed UCCX 11.6.2 with Social miner to use Bubble chat, however the bubble chat HTML that we can download from UCCX  calls a Java script in turn and does not contain the User form fields.

We need to set few of the User form  fields to mandatory , is there a way to do it in Bubble chat ?
