Hi Team ,
I want to design UCCX 10.6.1.10000-39 script which will prompt user to enter his AD id (Combination of character & number). once it enter it should get validate to know is the employee id is valid or not . Once it done than available agent will answer the query.
Do someone have reference script , please share with me . ? Call Flow design is attached for more details .
