I'm following the below thread to integrate our UCCX script with our customer web Service.

The concern that we have is the security.
Can someone please advise how to secure the SOAP request.
Is it enough to have the request over HTTPS and include a username and a password in the SOAP header? and is this feasible with UCCX.
I'm new to UCCX scripting and I appreciate if someone can shed light on this, and if possible, share a sample of a secure SOAP request.
