I'm working with a client to setup outbound campaigns for a few of their business units. They load names, phone numbers, customer account numbers into the campaign. If a user answers, I'm transferring the call to an agent. I'd like to send the customer account number to finesse as part of it. There should be options for this but I haven't found anything yet. Any help would be appreciated.
....I DO see the info displayed in Finesse if I set the campaign up as Direct Preview....but the customer would like predictive.
