does anyone have installed uccx 11.6 in production. what is your experiance?
i have CCX 11.5.1SU1 in production and am hitting the below bug
CSCve59882 : UCCX: Last Agent 'Not Ready' State Is Set By Finesse Server When Agent Goes Off-Hook
this is creating a lot of confusion in the contact centre regarding agent status. 11.6 is tempting with all the updated features but i would like to have some advice on how it is performing in production.
