UCCX 11.6 "License upload failed"

When instructed to press "Next" to continue and use 60 day demo license I receive the error message "License upload failed".

Does anyone have a fix for this issue. I'm trying to setup a lab.

Is this a fresh install or an upgrade?

Hi,

It should work for 60 days after the installation without any license installed. There is no need to upload the Demo license during post installation. Just click Next on the Add License page and that will upload the Demo license automatically.

Thanks for your reply. The issue I am having is at the step you mentioned. I received this error message when I clicked next on the upload license page.
