UCCX 12.5 with standard licensing model connecting to both Cisco WFO and WebEx WFO

Dear All,

 

I would like to discuss and brainstorm on the following situation:

 

1. Customer is running UCCX 12.5 with standard licensing and has the legacy Cisco WFO system for call recording. 

2. Customer wants to migrate to WebEx WFO since Cisco WFO is EOL.

 

Question: Can UCCX 12.5 connect and integrate with both Cisco WFO and WebEx WFO as part of a single environment, of course, recording different users!

 

I believe that this should be possible in the following way:

1. Dedicated CUCM SIP Trunk running towards the Cisco WFO recorders

2. Dedicated CUCM SIP Trunk running towards the WebEx WFO recorders

3. Dedicated recording profile for Cisco WFO users

4. Dedicated recording profile for WebEx WFO

5. Separate telephony groups created on the recording solution for Cisco WFO & WebEx WFO

6. Dedicated and separate recording servers for Cisco WFO and WebEx WFO

7. UCCX will then only be used for sync of agents, teams and skills and metadata

 

Does this approach sound right? Any thoughts!
