uccx 7 server partial service

Hi,

I installed uccx7 and everything works except the following stopped services:

1.desktop call/chat service

2. desktop ldap monitor service

3. desktop sync service

4. ccx editor

5. microsoft sql agent

I suppose items 1 to 3 is because call manager 7 is not connected to an active directory.

Am I right to say that ccx talks to active directory via call manager ?

Item 4: I did not install that yet.

Item 5: sql agent ??

Any comments appreciated.

Many services are dependant on the CRS node manager. If the node manager has not started and the other services are pushed to automatic, then that service will fail. If the failure count(ProcFailureCount) reaches the ProcMaxFailure which is either 4 or 8 depending on the server, then the ProcDisable will be set to 1 and the service will not start again. So, Make sure that only the CRS node manager is on Automatic.
