UCCX 8.0 HA license on UCCX 8.5

Does anybody know if I can use a UCCX 8.0 HA license on UCCX 8.5?

Actually, no you can not. You will need to acquire an upgrade license for 8.5 as it is considered a major release.

yes , you have to upgrade it to 8.5.1SU2 and install 8.5.1SU2 COP file as well.
