Hello,
We are noticing that agents are appearing and disappearing from Supervisor Desktop for all supervisors. Tried to uninstall/reinstall software with admin rights. Status bar shows in service
Extact version - System version: 9.0.2.11001-24
If anyone encountered this issue or has any troubleshooting steps, please share.

Greetings,
When we have run into this in the past it has generally been because the agents have an active wireless adapter.
So, I'd check to ensure the wireless adapter is OFF. Let us know what you discover.

Issue was related to firewall settings on Agent PC. Once turned off, agents were appearing properly.
