I have contact center express 9 and I want to replace the default prompts in Arabic and English.
I found thie link for default english prompt https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-13933 . It give me the default english prompts.
I need also the adefault arabic prompts to download and check them.
can any one help me with that ?
