Customer has set up UCCx (8.6) so users can use their phone for ad hoc recordings within a script ie: on demand school closure announcement.
When folks do this with this method, the sound level seems to be low. Is there any parameter to adjust recording and/or playback sound level?

there might be some programming required.
Can you tell me the license level of this UCCX instance? I am thinking of creating a simple Java script to adjust the volume of the recording on the fly while playing it back to the caller, but to use this, your UCCX server must use a Premium license.
Please let us know.
