UCCX ANI BASED VIP CALLS

Hello,

One of our customers wants to configure ANI based VIP calls, however, the customer number lists have approximately 100 contacts.

Is there any possible way to do this?

Sure. A few options:
1. Have an XML file on the Document Repository and query it for a match using XPath (Get Document Data step).
2. Use an HTTP REST API call to a web service.
3. Use Ann ODBC connection to a SQL database.
