Bridge Transfer feature is introduced on VVB 12.0 on a UCCE environment. Is this available on UCCX?
I am using UCCX 12.5 in my lab, where I created a VXML doc that would setup a bridge transfer, but this never connects. Looking at the logs, I can see that the VXML doc is processed correctly and it's detected correctly as a bridge transfer. But when looking to establish the outbound call leg, it searches for a campaign/dialer.
Is there a way to avoid using a campaign for the outbound leg?
If a campaign is needed, what would its setup be? Not sure how the setup should be as I wouldn't like to go to a different script (would the original contact/caller be lost for the bridge transfer purpose?)
