UCCX CDR & Missing records, PSTN -> CSQ -> Voicemail

Set-up

UCCX 7.0

CUCM 7.0

CDR records collected via FTP to a SQL Server 2008

UCCX records accessed via Linked Server to a SQL Server 2008

1 PSTN phone connected via E1 to gateway

1 Agent Phone

3 Test Phones

Background

Calls from PSTN to CSQ then gets dequeued and redirected to an internal extension which then goes to a voicemail.

Problem

We are not seeing any records for the PSTN call once the call leaves the UCCX system. We see the call in the (ContactCallDetail) CCD table being routed but no CDR record.

However making the same call using an internal extension shows in the CDR records.

Can someone please describe whether this should be the case, if so how do we record the fact an external call has gone to Voice Mail.
