UCCX connector for NICE WFM

Hello All,

We have a project implementation where NICE WFM needs to be integrated with UCCX.

1. Is there a specific connector for UCCX to integrate with WFM similar to connector available for UCCE.

2. Is integration with NICE WFM and UCCX possible, I am aware about UCCE integration with WFM  but not with UCCX.

Requesting your help in clarifying my doubts.

The compatibility info for NICE WFM shows no Cisco Product

If this is the same WFM product you are refering to then please check with NICE if it has been tested with any Cisco app like UCCX.

I have asked the same to NICE, they are yet to reply. I will update this thread once I get a reply from NICE.

NICE WFM \ UCCX integration is possible by utilizing a 3rd party intermediate application named Taske. Taske takes the UCCX information and sends it to the NICE WFM application.
