Uccx Finesse issues with Citrix xen app

Hi Cisco Team, 

Due to covid, we allow users to take calls through Jabber from home and access finesse through RDP Citrix xen app.

Uccx version : 11.6

Citrix xen app : 6.0

As per cisco compatibility guide, uccx 11.6 is compatible with Citrix xen app from 7.5 only.

 

My question is, when user try to access their office pc and take finesse inside the pc using RDP Citrix xen app 6.0, do we face any performance issues in taking calls or with agent status.. Jabber calls are taken via internet through expressway..

Actually we are facing issues.

 

Any early response from cisco team is really appreciated...
