I have a couple of users complaining that when they log into the Finesse client, the first time they try and log in, it never works, always on the 2nd attempt.
Is this a known bug, or is there something else going on?
You should mention your UCCX version and client browser version. Keep in mind that IE in compatibility mode is not supported, and damn near impossible for you to confirm whether it's happening on the Finesse page or not. Best bet is to cross check behavior with Firefox or Chrome.
