I have a customer who has UCCX 10.6 and they are looking for a solution UCCX - API interaction, that will allow UCCX to lookup customer information based on ANI via JSON request/response, and pop up that info to Cisco Finesse Agent.
Basically call comes in UCCX >> UCCX looks up customer data via JSON requests based on Calling # (ANI) > JSON response with customer info sent to UCCX > UCCX pops up customer information data (Name, Address, Phone, etc) to Cisco Finesse Agent.
My questions are:
1. Is this technically possible?
2. Where can I find documentation that will help me out with this request?
3. How can I open a case with DevNet to get help/guidance on this?
