We recently migrated on UCCX 11.6 from an old version and wanted to know product's capabilities regarding the CCX integration with SAP database.
Currently the UCCX server is using custom java classpath to make requests to SAP servers via a middleware (.Net).
We need to understand how can we get rid of custom java classpath to seamless integrate UCCX script with SAP servers.
Our motive here is to directly consume SAP's functional modules as WSDL (webservice) but is it possible without using custom JAR on UCCX servers or this 11.6 version has some new capabilities in-built?
We did check few discussions but nothing really talks about the protocol or method used for any business used case.
