I am having issues with the UCCX REST API when adding contacts into my campaigns.
On random occasions, after sending the request and getting a succesful reply, the number of pending contacts in my campaigns doesn't change, like if I had never submitted it.
It also happens that the contacts are succesfully added, without having changed the way my requests are sent.
I am adding contacts to campaigns both Live and IVR-based outside of the active hours or when the campaigns are in disabled mode. Whenever I purge the pending contacts in my campaigns and try to add via API, I succeed on adding them (for obvious reasons, I cannot do that in the production environment).
