I have a script that I will like to add to

 

• Mon-Fri between 11am-8pm
• If on hold for 30 sec,  transfer to 1800-XXX-XXXX

 

I could not attach the script

The Time of Day and Day of Week steps would be a good place to start for your first bullet point. The Get Reporting Statistic and, If, Dequeue and Call Redirect would all be relevant to your second bullet.
