Hi,
I face problem that ccx replication server always drop. Sometime publisher node drop and sometime subscriber node drop. These server is HA over WAN.
I reset UCCX database service to make it back to work but it always drop 2-3 times per week. So, how can I find out root cause of this problem?
Unfortunately, TAC didn’t support ccx 8.5 version (full version is 8.5.1.11004-25).
