I am looking for a Service Desk S/W to integrate with the Cisco UCCX

What do u recommend for Service Desk S/W that can be easy integrate with UCCX and ITIL compliant ?

i'm not aware of service desk solutions specifically, however CAD provides several ways to integrate 3rd party apps including screen pops.
