UCCX / SocialMiner - Where I Can See Chat Rating?

Hello community,

can someone tell me, where I can see the chat rating from user via the new bubble chat from UCCX 11.6.2? Shouldn't the supervisor see the ratings somewhere? User can rate but how the supervisor or administrator can see this rating?

I found it in CUIC in the historical report for chat

"Agent Chat Detail Report" shows ratings for one chat
"Chat CSQ Activity Report" show ratings on average per CSQ

With the agent report you also can show the ratings for each agent
