Hello Everyone,
I have UCCX integrated with the ASR(Nuance) and task is to collect the spoken numbers from customer and route the call accordingly.
For example : " Welcome to Cisco, for sales press 1 or say 1, for Finance press 2 or say 2 "
So does any one have the example script to recognition both speech and DTMF ?
