Solved: UCCX8 HR database storage

How can I tell how large my UCCX HR database is, and what the oldest records are?

I see from AppAdmin, Tools | Historical Reporting | Purge Schedule Configuration what the thresholds are, but I'm curious what the current database info is, so that I know if I'm auto purging or not.

(My current settingts are 90 months and 80% of 12748MB)

To find out the DB size, go to Tools -> Historical Reporting -> Purge Now. It will show the DB size, ex., Current historical database size at 1 % ( 11264 KB ) of 19363 MB.

To find out the oldest data, just run the historical report.

Hi,

I have UCCX 8.5.1 cluster, sub and pub have different Current historical database sizes:

11038MB on one and

19363 MB on the other.

I assume these are set at install time ...? Did someone choose different sizes ?
