Anybody know of a system requirements chart or something that can help me upgrade our UCCX servers. Our servers didn't go through cisco staging apparently so i do not have the proper cisco model numbers on them for the compatibility matrix.
The servers are the following models HP DL380G5 2G Cisco U380 2.33, strait from the packing list. However, they have 2x 73gb SAS hard drives in them, and i'm assuming i need to upgrade to 2x 146gb SAS drives. But which drives.
10k or 15k? or does it even matter?
3.0Gb/s or 6.0Gb/s or does it even matter?
