Unable to download calls, When I click on export, the AQM asks for the format – after selecting the format, nothing happens.
Can any one please assist ....

I have tried all the browsers ( Firefox , Chrome , IE ) but all in vain.

Java version incompatibility or Agent configuration issue, if
