Unable to find Prefix Rule In CCMP portal

Hi all,

I am using Cisco CCMP portal version 10. I follow User Guide for Cisco Unified Contact Center Management Portal version 10 for add prefix rule to move remote resources to a specific folder based on a naming convention. But I can not find this item in the portal. Please look my attached Screen Capture.

Any one show me why the prefix rule is?

10 months too late but.....

Click on the word 'root' in the left panel - this opens a list in the middle info panel - click on 'Folder', then select your tenant and it'll open the details in the display panel on the right.
