Unable to open a script

I have a script that was created with contact  center version 7.1. I upgraded 7.1 to 11.0 now I'm trying to open this script in my Lab which is contact center 7.1. I'm also using windows 10 to use the scrip editor.

Hi Michael,

When you upgrade to newer versions then the older scripts with custom java classes, sometimes do not work properly.I have seen this when we migrated from 7.1 to 10.6 last year.So upgrade the LAB and create a new script is the probably the solution here.thanks

Adding to what Deepak M said, version 11 use Java 7 Update 79 hence please make sure that you are writing the custom JAVA classes again using this JDK version only. Post this, upload the newly created jar files to the Document Management on UCCX and also move them from Available to Selected under System >> Custom File Configuration and then try to open the script and it should work then.
