Upgrading from IPCC version 5 to IPCC version 7.2

Hi All;

By doing the IPCCE upgrade from 5.0 to 7.2, then the Database will be changed (table names, coloumns)? As we have a third party application related to the CRM that do a read from this IPCCE DB and we need to check that the upgrade will not effect on this part that is related to the IPCCE Database.

Any advised document about the Database changes from IPCCE 5.0 to 7.2?

you can try see if the tables that are used by your CRM is affected by the upgrade using the ICM database schema handbook at this URL:
