Desktop OS is windows 98
Problem: RIght now my CRA is stating to use \\<ip address>\desktop_cfg\desktop\installmanager to install agent desktop. However I need it to use \\<server name>\\.... When I invoke the server name version of the url I get an error that states
"create proces error \\<ip address>\desktop_cfg\command\base\setup.exe"
I have verfied that the user trying to access the CRA has read/write access to desktop_cfg. I am assuming this is due to the fact that it is trying to access the server by IP address as opposed to name. I am unable to access the server by using \\<ip address> I must use \\<server name>. How do I change the CRA to have it use the server name in the agent desktop install as opposed to the ip address?
