hello man, and yes, the Webex Contact Center (WXCC) HTTP Connector can also be used in Functions, not just Flow Designer. While it’s primarily designed for Flow Designer, you can leverage its capabilities in Custom Functions by making HTTP requests to external APIs. This allows for more advanced scripting and integration logic.

and check this link:

Hello,

I mean can we use predefined connectors defined on control hub? Like from flows, without authentication?

Regards,

Zsolt

I saw it in this : https://app.vidcast.io/share/0c30ebcf-21c4-4c65-ac15-0e796b5ef9a3?playerMode=vidcast

But the presenter Arunabh Bhattacharjee mentioned:  "No support for predefined connectors defined on control hub, in the first slice"

My question is that is this available now?

Regards,

Zsolt
