Greetings,
I am building an application in the CRA EDitor and I need to have a call placed to an external number. I am trying to use the "Place Call" step which asks for the CallControlGroupId and Primary Dialog Group Id to be defined in the step. How do I do about supply these to the Editor, as when I click on the drop down list under these entries in the "Place CAll" step there are now variables listed.
I read the documentation on this step and it didn't get me any closer to figure out where these properties need to be set.
