Hi All,
I have a requirement wherein i need to populate certain variables and send them to agent [ I am achiveing this through setEnterpriseCallInfo by setting the values in Peripheral Varaibles] and the same are getting displayed.
I need to get a new variable back from Agent which will contain the a value populated by Agent and send it back to my IVR. i am trying the same with getEnterpriseCallInfo but its not working.
If any one has achieved the above, please post some examples it will be very helpfull to me.
