whan dialing CTI RP from CTI Toolkit Agent desktop i am getting below CTI warning and got busy tone.
The party you are callinhg is busy . Please hand up and try again

well, it might be that the CSS of the endpoint is incorrect, not "seeing" the partition of the CTI RP DN.
