Using SIP Proxy for a Contact Center Enterprise with CVP.

Hi All,

I have a 2 SIP Proxy service engine on 2 different 2951 routers. Currently, the UCCE Setup has all its dial-peer, trunks & static routes of CVP are pointed to the Endpoints directly. Can someone please help me to figure out how the SIP Proxy can be used in a best way for this setup?

I tried searching documents( for a list of features,redundancy & its architecture)a lot, but could not able to find it out.

Hi

I have used SIP Proxy on MCS server with CVP . Right now I have not used it SIP proxy on router. but I try to explain you how it was used I think concept is same .

in CVP static routes points everything towards SIP Proxy by using "<" to SIP Proxy IP Address. In SIP Proxy define all static routes for Agent phones for VRU-Leg.  When we use SIP Proxy ( Presence Server) on MCS server it has web interface & you need to give premission to all componets that they can communicate with SIP Proxy send & receive routes from them .
