Web Service element is not allowing us to enter recType

We have a web service created with PeopleSoft for an oracle DB and it is not allow us to enter a value for the rectype.

We go to the configure request parameters, and the fields are all grayed out, and right clicking does not do anything.

I add the web service that we are excuting
