When attempting to log into Web View, I receive this error:

We have rebooted all the IPCC servers and the error still comes up. No files have been removed or altered to cause this issue.
HELP!

If you have done anything so far (cycle services, reboot, etc.). If not, please try stopping and the starting the Jaguar process on your Webview server.

I've rebooted all the servers associated with our phone system and the error remains.

Rebooting will not take care of this. You'll need to open a case for TAC to help you figure it out.
Make sure your not logged into the system locally. You need to be in the domain/forest/tree, etc...

Bob
