I've recently been trying to find a fix for a company whose laptops are currently experiencing very slow shut down times. I believe I've narrowed it down to the cause being related to one service or another running, and I wanted to disable each one individually to run tests. Two of the potential candidates are Cisco Agent and IP Communicator, but I'm not sure what their services are named.

Hi,
If your UCCX (Cisco Unified Contact Center Express) version is 7.0(1) then agent.exe shows in task manager services under process tab.
The following shows all the information related to Cisco Agent
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unified-contact-center-express/63307-sup-dsktp-no-display.html
And Audiodg.exe shows ip communicator in task manager services

For Cisco IP communicator, communicatork9.exe shows up in task manager.
For Cisco Agent Desktop its agent.exe
