My questions are as follows:
I have a customer with IPCC Enterprise in a data center with CallManager 3.x and Unity 3.x. They're relocating their data center but keeping some resources at their existing data center. I know what is involved for CallManager redundancy and Unity redundancy. I can't find any literature on the IPCC Enterprise and its redundancy features. I just need to know:
What redundancy features are available for IPCC Enterprise?
If IPCC Enterprise offers a redundant servers feature, what is involved in having a redundanct IPCC in the existing data center and migrating the IPCC server to the new data center?
