Hi Ibrahim,

I think UCCX 10.5 is not compatible with CUCM 12.

Normally, this error indicates that you have configured wrong axl user under System > Cisco Unified CM Configuration. The application user on cucm should have the correct permissions (axl) for. But I think this error also occurs when servers are not compatible
