Hello to all ,
I have a UCCX 7.0(2)_Build254 , with IPPA and Extension mobility ( there are 30 agents and only 9 Cisco IP Phones in different shifts , its a 7x24 schema ) . The problem is when I call the trigger its always busy , but my agents are logged in OK .
I have Cisco Supervisor Desktop installed , when I Call the trigger the agents automatically turns to an busy state .

should be CUCM calling search space related issue. Make sure the CTI ports' CSS has the partition that agent ICD extensions are in.

Frzhang , you are wright !! , there .s no CSS in the CTI Route Points , I added and its works fine
