If I'm running a Debug/Reactive Script I can call the Trigger number just fine.
If I call and don't have a Debug/Reactive Script running, I get the following message.
"I'm sorry, we are experiencing system problems and are unable to process your call. Please try again later."
The Script Validates just fine in Cisco Unified CCX Editor.
I'm guessing UCCX runs a different validation process, and something is amiss...
Is there any tool I can use to troubleshoot this?
