Why is running a Debug different than calling the number direct?

If I'm running a Debug/Reactive Script I can call the Trigger number just fine.

If I call and don't have a Debug/Reactive Script running, I get the following message.
"I'm sorry, we are experiencing system problems and are unable to process your call. Please try again later."

The Script Validates just fine in Cisco Unified CCX Editor.
I'm guessing UCCX runs a different validation process, and something is amiss...

Is there any tool I can use to troubleshoot this?

This is where the MIVR logs are super useful. It’s possible that your script is misconfigured with the trigger or something like that, but generally I’ve not seen where a debug works and a phone call doesn’t. Look at the MIVR logs and they will tell you what you need to fix.
